Located in the south area of the Guatemalan plateau, in the highest part (3,000 m.snm). Having the Water Volcano to the east, the Acatenango Volcano to the south, with the incessant fumaroles of the Fire Volcano, and the 3 colossus of the Lago de Atitlán to the west.

This volcanoes are visualised from a plain, that was the Mayan Sanctuary (and still is). It’s located in the middle of an energetic triangle formed bt the three volcanoes. In the mornings, one can appreciate the Pacific Ocean, a mystic place where you can find Mayan archeology (obsidian). There is a millennial path that leads to the Pacific and México, though two villages, Xeparqui and Panimaquim; that were and still are the residence of Mayan Shamans.

It actually is a magic place, continental waters make way to both oceans. Surpassing imagination, the show produced in the sky by the clouds, where they flow together, dance, and intertwine. The definition of paradise in a place with water, vegetation, fauna and tranquility.

50% of la Neblina is composed of Primary forest of Hydric recharge. On the rest, more than 100,000 trees of different species have been planted, from timber to energetic, decorative. All registered in the National Institute of Voluntary Plantation Forest.

On the top, we have solar panels and a pump with one horsepower, that produces 2.5 gallons of water per minute and a water tank of 5,000 gallons that is distributed by gravity to all the property.

We also produce plank wood, posts and firewood that we deliver in Antigueñan hotels. Although the biggest productions are the fresh air and the water, that each day acquire more importance worldwide and is retributed economically. We protect the fauna, including the coyotes that are a ecologic sign; when the contamination disappears, skunks, foxes, pumas, rabbits, deers, around 300 species of birds, abound. We have a stable of 800 ms2, where there are 2 suites for guests and a patronal house, ample with panoramic views.
