Mónica Luna started her real estate career in 2007, when the company was still known as Casa Nova, as a Receptionist, for approximately 5 years which allowed great interaction with clients and owners, who have become great business relations and friendship.
Due to her excellent relationship, trust, knowledge, hard work and dedication, Mónica was promoted as the Manager of the Rental Department, job that she performs extraordinarily. During her more than 10 years of experience, Mónica has specialized in rental properties and has extensive knowledge in contracts, negotiations, municipal permits and various strategies that are used during the rental process.
Recently, Mónica obtained the title of Attorney and Notary, which added to the experience of a decade, allows her to grow professionally providing specialized legal advice in real estate to clients and owners and being able to create legal rental and purchase contracts.
